Claudio Villegas

Specialist in massive data analysis and collective dynamics, with emphasis on evolutionary strategic behavior and social conflict. He has worked as an academic researcher, consultant and strategic advisor for multiple institutions, Jaime specializes in the design and leadership of projects focused on cultural transformation, organizational change management, and continuous improvement.


He has developed a distinguished career in consulting, executive coaching, and facilitating cultural transformation processes in manufacturing and service organizations, such as Codelco, AMSA, Arauco, Universidad Católica de la Santísima Concepción, Universidad del Bío-Bío, and Hospital Herminda Martin, among others.


He works closely with teams and leaders to identify specific needs, co-build strategies to address them, and optimize processes, strengthening key cultural variables that impact the achievement of organizational goals. His experience includes strengthening human relations, leadership, work climate, team coordination and articulation, conflict resolution, strategic planning, and the development of participatory dynamics.


He holds a degree in Psychology from the Central University of Chile, a master’s degree in psychology with a specialization in Community Psychology from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, and a Diploma in School Management and Leadership (PUC). He has complemented his professional training with studies in Organic Leadership, the Virtuous Model, Dynamic Judgments, and Delicate Activism (Social Phenomenology). In addition, he is certified as a Lean Facilitator and holds a diploma in Evolutionary Coaching.
