Ana María Larenas

Ana María is a psychologist, coach, and senior leadership development consultant.


She seeks to awaken and guide the development of healthy and productive work environments.


Through her expertise, she manages to balance and nurture professional growth, personal development, and employee support across different areas to build strong and flexible organizations that are ambitious in their goals and achieve long-term sustainability. 


Her practice is based on solid and ongoing professional training and more than 25 years of professional experience working in large and prestigious national and global companies. Among other public and private organizations, she has advised the Ministry of Justice, the Chilean Security Association, Entel, PwC, BHP, and Codelco. 


Her listening skills and dedication to understanding people are reflected in the diagnosis and design of organizational development programs, change management projects, and especially in individual and team coaching programs.


She holds a degree in psychology from the Catholic University of Chile and a master's degree (c) in Jungian psychology from Adolfo Ibáñez University. She is certified as an ontological, appreciative, and emotional intelligence master coach and has specialized studies in individual development and adult learning.
