PROCESSES OF CHANGE AND COLLABORATION

We contribute to constructively channel the transforming drives of public, private and civil society organizations to achieve the purposes that move them.

Part of these processes are internal change processes. They often involve complex collaborative initiatives among diverse entities.

We facilitate these processes, including the development of strategies and roadmaps.

PARTICIPATION

We methodologically design and facilitate participatory processes, both within organizations and between organizations and their stakeholders.

We deploy a wide range of tools and methodologies, distinguishing between instances of information, consultation, involvement, collaboration and empowerment.

CO-CONSTRUCTION

When provided the appropriate context, we believe in the capacity of individuals and teams to come up with solutions to the challenges they face.

We contribute to create that context from an appreciative inquiry. We seek to co-construct a shared view of the challenge, and support teamwork towards this common goal.

GROWTH OF PEOPLE AND TEAMS

We strive to build an enriching and fluid context for change to be experienced.

Throughout the process, we work for individual and collective potentials to be unleashed and interpersonal relationships to be strengthened.

When necessary, we provide capacity building services for individuals and teams, including coaching.

ESG CONSULTING

We provide organizational management services in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) matters. This includes accompanying and supporting teams that promote projects financed by international development banks and need to create or adapt their Environmental and Social Management Systems (ESMS) in accordance with the requirements of such banks. We participate in the creation or adaptation of these management systems and, more broadly, contribute to compliance with international development bank standards in a reasonably simple manner that is integrated with local regulations, in order to identify, assess, and manage socio-environmental risks and opportunities.

INTEGRATED WORK

We are capable of integrating our work with the efforts of other external technical consultants to jointly drive far-reaching change.

We intertwine the valuable perspectives of the client’s staff with the expert input of these consultants, ultimately favoring change management.

MOVEMENT IN HARMONY

Our name Kaleido comes from the Greek kalos –the beautiful, beauty– and eidos –form–, evoking the Aristotelian image “eideia” or ideal form that humans can reach. It reflects our confidence in the unfolding potential of people in organizations. Knowing that change is permanent, as in the kaleidoscope, we aspire that the perpetual movement of people and organizations can take place in harmony.

We are based in Chile and have worked in almost all Latin American countries and other continents, mainly in Spanish, but also in English and German.
