She has been working in international consulting since 1988, supporting change processes that integrate an organizational development approach with a personal development perspective.


She designs, advises, and implements participatory processes in various thematic, organizational and cultural areas.


In her work, she applies innovative participatory methods combined with traditional ones according to the needs and particularities of the people and organizations she advises.


She has extensive professional experience in project planning and evaluation and in organizational strategic planning, involving key multisectoral actors as required by the projects. She has supported and advised on the participatory development of regional development strategies, productive development strategies, and export promotion strategies for national and international organizations, as well as sectoral policies on various topics.


An expert in international cooperation, she has trained planners and supported projects for the development of indicators, implementation of control and monitoring mechanisms, and knowledge management in more than 15 countries in Latin America, and in Asia and the Middle East. She has been one of the pioneers in the development of Triangular Cooperation, from design, training, team advising, and evaluation of its programs and projects.


In the field of organizational development, training, and human resources development, she has provided a wide range of consulting services to social organizations, public institutions, and private companies. Among other things, she has led participatory strategy design processes for climate improvement, training, team building, leadership, executive coaching, and workshops to support institutional reorganization.


MA in Social Sciences from the University of Konstanz, Germany; diploma in Organizational Development from the University of Chile; diploma in Social Responsibility from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso; ontological coach certified by The Newfield Network 1999; trainer for the Strengthening of Entrepreneurial Capacities; trained in Strategic Leadership – Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez; in Appreciative Inquiry IDEIA – University of Cleveland; in Neurofacilitation by Neurostrategies – Fundación Pindal, and in Reflective Social Practice – The Proteus Initiative.
